PALACE POKER CLUB | GENERAL HOUSE RULES

I. Membership & Access

Our club is a private, members-only establishment. Memberships are available on Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly terms.

Probationary Period: All new members are subject to a one-month probationary period.
Standing: Membership dues must be current at all times to access the club.
Revocation: Memberships can be revoked without a refund if any club rules or standards are violated.

II. Etiquette & Conduct

Members must maintain respectful behavior at all times. The Palace Standard is built on professional conduct.

Strictly Prohibited: Verbal abuse, disruptive behavior, or vulgarity.
Zero Tolerance: Threats, slow rolling, angle shooting, and excessive intoxication will not be tolerated.
Environment: Use of tobacco products and vapes are strictly prohibited.
Language: English only at the table during an active hand.

III. Gameplay Rules

To ensure the highest integrity of the game, the following 27 points are strictly enforced:

Conduct: No verbal abuse, disruptive behavior, or vulgarity.
Language: English only at the table during an active hand.
Protection: Players must always protect their hand.
Electronics: The use of any electronic devices while in a live hand is not permitted.
Integrity: One player to a hand and one hand per player. Players may not seek advice as to the play of their hands while in possession of a hand. No touching another player’s cards.
Action: Players placing a bet are subject to ‘forward motion’ rules.
Table Talk: Table talk is allowed ONLY during heads up play between the two active players.
Showdown: CARDS SPEAK for themselves. You must table all cards at showdown to win. Your hand must contain the correct number of cards.
Transparency: If a player shows one or both of his cards to another live player at the table, the player must show their cards to everyone at the table.
Exposure: Players may not expose cards during a live hand except when heads-up in a cash game.
Rabbit Hunting: Rabbit hunting is not permitted.
Strategy: Check and then raise allowed in all games.
Verbal Action: Verbal action in turn will be binding. Verbal action out of turn is binding if the action hasn’t changed.
Buy-Ins: Every game has a minimum buy-in; short buys are not permitted.
Straddles: One live straddle UTG or ON THE BUTTON only (Button takes precedence) unless approved by management, on games where Button straddle is allowed.
Table Stakes: All games are TABLE STAKES. This means that all chips must remain on the table, in play, and visible to the dealer and all other players. Large denomination chips in front or on top of stack.
The 2-Hour Rule: When cashing out, a player may not return to any table of the same game and limit for 2 hours unless that player buys-in for the total amount removed.
Betting Mechanics: String bets are not permitted; if a player puts in half or more of the required raise, the raise must be completed to the minimum allowable raise.
Pot Integrity: Splashing of the pot is not permitted.
Table Surface: There will be no objects allowed on the table other than chips, cards or a card protector that’s less than ⅓ the size of a playing card.
Floor Policy: “Third Man Walking” (45, 30, 10).
Liability: Palace Poker is not responsible for chips, cash or personal items left on the table or the premises.
Club Environment: Use of tobacco products and vapes are strictly prohibited.
Management Rights: Buy-ins/Games/Straddles are subject to change with management approval.
Promotions: Player’s in Red not waiting on time are not eligible for hands or promotions.
Alterations: Palace Poker reserves the right to change and alter promotions at any time.
Final Authority: Management’s decision is final.

IV. Livestream Rules

Table Policy: No phones, electronics, or food and drinks on the table during the stream.
Attire: Inappropriate attire is prohibited on the broadcast.
Integrity: Players must scan their hole cards every hand and respect all dealer/producer announcements.

V. General Club Policies

Security: No firearms or other weapons are allowed on the premises.
Privacy: Photos and videos by members are prohibited without prior management permission.
Authority: Management’s decision is final.

Final Notes:

Compliance with all rules is mandatory. Failure to adhere to these standards may result in loss of membership privileges and potential banning from the club.
